Amorem SAS acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the XFeed Pro website, billing flows, support interactions, and license management.
Data we collect
XFeed Pro is a browser extension that works locally in your browser. We intentionally keep the amount of personal data we process small.

Email address and basic account metadata used for authentication, billing access, and service communication.
License and device data
License status, plan information, device identifiers, browser metadata, and last-seen information used to manage activations and prevent abuse.
Product telemetry

We do not collect the posts you read, your X private messages, your browsing history, or payment card details.

We process account, billing, and device data to deliver the service you paid for, maintain your license, and answer support requests.

We process limited operational telemetry to secure the service, understand product issues, and improve the extension.

We rely on a small number of external providers to operate XFeed Pro.

Payments
Processes checkout, invoices, and customer billing portal actions. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe.

Transactional email
Sends login links, account-related emails, and contact form notifications on our behalf.
Extension Report
Product telemetry
Collects a limited set of anonymous or account-linked usage signals such as license state and enabled settings. It does not collect X content.
We may also disclose data when required by law or when necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
Retention
We keep account and license data for as long as your account remains active and for a limited period afterward when needed for support, accounting, or fraud prevention.
